Give McCoy a forever home

McCoy is a 5 year old border collie I have fallen in love with at the shelter I volunteer at. He was from an Army family that had to downsize and was brought to the rescue a week ago. I am a college student and it will take a bit to pay off the 300 dollar adoption fee so I am being humble and reaching out for help.

Yes I named him after that McCoy as he was called Mick.
